1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, mix flour, oats, sugar, and cinnamon.
Stir in butter until crumbly.
Press half of the mixture into a greased baking dish.
In another bowl, beat cream cheese and vanilla until smooth.
Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust, then layer with sliced peaches.
Sprinkle remaining crumble mixture on top.
