  • 4 strips turkey bacon
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 4 slices rye bread
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, sauté the onions until caramelized.
  3. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard to create the secret sauce.
  4. Assemble the patty melts by placing ground turkey on rye bread, topping with onions, bacon, and cheese.
  5. Spread butter on the outside of the sandwich and grill until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
