Pan-Seared Cod in White Wine Tomato Basil Sauce

  • 4 fillets cod
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the cod fillets with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the cod in the skillet and sear for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. Remove the cod and set aside.
  5. Add garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant.
