  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 4 slices chicken ham
  • 1 cup cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk, and melted butter together.
  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
  4. Cook pancakes on a griddle over medium heat until bubbles form.
  5. In a separate pan, cook turkey bacon and chicken ham until crispy.
  6. Stack pancakes and place bacon and ham in between.
  7. Serve with cheese if desired.
