Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook turkey bacon until crispy, then chop into pieces.
  3. In a bowl, mix pancake mix, milk, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Fold in the chopped turkey bacon.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
