- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, baking soda, and salt.
- Add softened butter and mix until crumbly.
