  • 12 graham crackers

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, beat the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  2. In another bowl, mix the cream cheese until smooth and fold in the butterscotch chips.
  3. Combine both mixtures gently.
  4. Layer the graham crackers at the bottom of a dish and spread a layer of the cream mixture over them.
