  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a pie dish.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. Fold the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla into the whipped cream gently.
  4. Stir in chocolate chips, pecans, and coconut until evenly distributed.
  5. Pour the filling into the prepared crust and spread evenly.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  7. Slice and serve chilled, garnished with additional whipped cream if desired.
