  • 1 cup confectioners’ sugar

  • 1 box graham crackers
  • 2 cups chocolate pudding
  • 1 cup chocolate frosting

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream with the confectioners’ sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  2. In a separate bowl, prepare the chocolate pudding according to package instructions.
  3. Layer graham crackers in the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish, then spread half of the whipped cream mix over it.
  4. Add a layer of chocolate pudding on top of the whipped cream.
  5. Repeat the layers with graham crackers, whipped cream, and pudding.
  6. Top with the remaining whipped cream and drizzle chocolate frosting over the top.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
