- 2 cups orzo
- 4 pieces turkey bacon
- 1 pound chicken breast
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Cook turkey bacon in a large skillet until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add chicken breast and cook until browned.
- Add orzo, chicken broth, cherry tomatoes, and spices. Stir well.
- Bring to a simmer and cover, cooking until orzo is tender.
- Stir in spinach and chopped bacon. Cook until spinach is wilted.
