  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Slice the flank steak into thin strips against the grain.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the steak to the pan and cook until browned.
  4. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger.
  5. Pour the sauce over the cooked beef and stir to coat.
  6. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  7. Garnish with green onions before serving.
