  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup rolled oats

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix berries, sugar, and lemon juice. Set aside.
  3. In another bowl, combine flour, salt, baking powder, and oats.
  4. Add soft butter and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients, mixing until crumbly.
  5. Press half the mixture into the bottom of a slab pie pan.
  6. Spread berry mixture over the crust, then top with remaining crumble mixture.
  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool before serving.
