  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of muffin tins to form crusts.
  4. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. In a small bowl, combine the ground cinnamon and brown sugar.
  7. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crusts and sprinkle with the cinnamon-brown sugar mixture.
  8. Bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until set.
