- 1 pound Italian sausage
- 12 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and Italian sausage until browned.
- In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
- Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Layer noodles, ricotta mixture, meat mixture, and mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers.
- Top with remaining marinara sauce and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 45 minutes until bubbly and golden.
