Mac and Cheese Meatloaf Casserole

A delicious twist on traditional meatloaf, featuring creamy mac and cheese combined with turkey bacon and chicken ham for a savory dish.

  • 1 pound macaroni
  • 1/2 pound turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1/2 pound chicken ham, diced
  • 4 cups shredded cheese (cheddar and mozzarella)
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, turkey bacon, chicken ham, shredded cheese, milk, chopped onion, beaten eggs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish and spread it evenly.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes until the top is golden and bubbly.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
