  • 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and pierce the potatoes with a fork; bake for 45-60 minutes until tender.
  3. In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy; crumble and set aside.
