Loaded Baked Potato Salad

A deliciously indulgent twist on traditional potato salad featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham.

Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 6 strips turkey bacon
  • 1 cup cooked chicken ham, diced
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes until tender, then let them cool.
  2. Once cooled, peel and dice the potatoes.
  3. Cook the turkey bacon until crispy and chop into pieces.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the diced potatoes, turkey bacon, chicken ham, sour cream, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, and green onions.
  5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  6. Toss everything until well mixed.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add some garlic powder or smoked paprika.
  • This salad can be made a day in advance for best results.
