Light Fluffy Yogurt Cloud Cake

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the yogurt, eggs, and sugar until well combined.
  3. Add in the flour, baking powder, and vanilla extract, stirring gently.
  4. Incorporate the vegetable oil and mix until the batter is smooth.
