- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup fresh kale, chopped
- 1 cup mushrooms, diced
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
