Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup fresh kale, chopped
  • 1 cup mushrooms, diced
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and milk together.
