  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 10 egg roll wrappers
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground pork, mozzarella cheese, chopped spinach, Italian seasoning, and beaten egg.
  2. Place a spoonful of the mixture in the center of each egg roll wrapper and roll tightly.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat and fry the egg rolls until golden brown on all sides.
  4. Remove from the oil and let them drain on paper towels.
  5. Serve hot with marinara sauce for dipping.
