Italian Dressing Chicken Marinade

A quick and delicious Italian dressing chicken marinade that will make your weeknight meals flavorful and easy!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Italian dressing
  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine Italian dressing, minced garlic, oregano, parsley, and black pepper.
  2. Add the chicken breasts to the marinade, making sure they are well-coated.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 8 hours for best flavor.
  4. Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat.
  5. Remove chicken from the marinade and discard the excess marinade.
  6. Grill or bake the chicken until fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes per side on the grill or 20-25 minutes in the oven.
  7. Let rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
