A delicious and easy-to-make casserole that combines sausage, eggs, cheese, and turkey bacon in a perfect breakfast dish.

  • 1 pound sausage
  • 8 large eggs
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 loaf bread, cubed

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until brown. Drain excess fat.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. Add the cooked sausage, turkey bacon, cheese, and bread to the egg mixture. Stir to combine.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set and golden brown on top.
  7. Let it cool slightly before serving.
