  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix chocolate cookie crumbs with melted butter until combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottoms of a mini muffin tin to form the crust.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes, then allow to cool completely.
  5. In another bowl, beat together peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
  6. Fold in whipped topping until well combined.
  7. Spoon the peanut butter mixture into the cooled crusts.
  8. Melt chocolate chips with milk in a microwave-safe bowl.
  9. Drizzle the chocolate over each mini pie.
  10. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
