  3. In another bowl, cream butter until fluffy, then add eggs one at a time, mixing well.

  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into the cupcake liners, filling each about two-thirds full.
  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
