- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup dark chocolate, melted
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined, then press mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add the vanilla extract and eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Fold in the melted dark chocolate until fully incorporated.
- Pour the cheesecake batter over the crust in the springform pan.
- Gently fold in raspberries.
