  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup pistachios, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the dates open and remove the pits.
  3. In a bowl, mix the ricotta cheese, honey, vanilla extract, and sea salt until well combined.
  4. Stuff each date with the ricotta mixture.
