- 4 pieces chicken thighs
- 1 cup honey BBQ sauce
- 2 pounds baby potatoes
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss baby potatoes with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Arrange potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
- While potatoes are baking, coat chicken thighs in honey BBQ sauce.
- After 20 minutes, place chicken on the same baking sheet and return to the oven for another 25 minutes.
