Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, activate the yeast by combining it with warm water and sugar. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. Add flour and salt to the yeast mixture and knead the dough until smooth. Let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
  3. Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
