- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 cup fresh peaches, diced
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 cups water
- 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- ice (for serving)
- In a saucepan, combine raspberries, peaches, and sugar with 1 cup of water. Cook over medium heat until the fruit breaks down and the mixture becomes syrupy.
- Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve to remove the solids.
- In a pitcher, combine the fruit syrup with the remaining 3 cups of water and freshly squeezed lemon juice. Stir well.
