A refreshing and easy way to hydrate your body with essential electrolytes.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups water
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, combine the water and lemon juice.
  2. Add the sea salt and honey (or maple syrup), then stir until dissolved.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes
