  • 1 pound turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté the diced chicken ham until slightly browned.
  4. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  5. Layer the turkey bacon and chicken ham in a greased baking dish.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the layers and top with shredded cheese.
  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until set and golden on top.
