  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups diced potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy, then chop.
  3. In a large bowl, combine eggs, cheese, diced chicken ham, potatoes, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Add cooked turkey bacon to the mixture and stir to combine.
