Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix high protein flour, garlic powder, oregano, and salt.
  3. Add water gradually and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth.
  5. Roll the dough out on a floured surface and place it on a pizza stone.
  6. Drizzle olive oil over the dough, then sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbling.
  8. Allow to cool slightly, slice, and serve.
