  • 4 sausages link sausage
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 medium potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the potatoes into cubes and toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes until golden.
  4. While the potatoes are roasting, cook the sausages in a skillet over medium heat until browned and cooked through.
