  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, diced strawberries, honey or maple syrup, almond butter, vanilla extract, salt, and baking powder.
