  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with liners.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
  3. Add the Greek yogurt, honey, eggs, and vanilla extract to the bananas and mix until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the whole wheat flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  6. Gently fold in the dark chocolate chips.
  7. Divide the batter evenly amongst the muffin cups.
  8. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
