  • 4 cups shredded hash browns
  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 4 ounces chicken ham
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and chop.
  3. In the same skillet, cook the shredded hash browns until golden brown.
  4. Layer the hash browns in a baking dish, followed by chicken ham, chopped turkey bacon, and shredded cheese.
  5. Whisk the eggs and season with salt and pepper, then pour over the layers.
  6. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes until set and golden.

Notes

  • Feel free to add your choice of vegetables between the layers.
  • These stacks can be made ahead of time and refrigerated before baking.
