- 1 package refrigerated pie crusts
- 1 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1 egg, beaten for egg wash
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the pie crusts and cut them into circles.
- In a bowl, mix turkey bacon, chicken ham, and cheese.
- Place a spoonful of mixture on half of each circle.
- Fold the crust over and seal the edges.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
