Ham & Cheese Breakfast Hand Pies

Delicious hand pies filled with ham, cheese, and turkey bacon, perfect for breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 1 package refrigerated pie crusts
  • 1 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1 egg, beaten for egg wash

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the pie crusts and cut them into circles.
  3. In a bowl, mix turkey bacon, chicken ham, and cheese.
  4. Place a spoonful of mixture on half of each circle.
  5. Fold the crust over and seal the edges.
  6. Brush the tops with beaten egg.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add some herbs or spices to the filling.
  • These pies can be frozen before baking.
