  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a cake pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, sugar, and vegetable oil until well combined.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with the milk, starting and ending with the dry ingredients.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  9. Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
