- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup Gouda cheese, shredded
- 1 cup mushrooms, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, add mushrooms, and sauté until softened.
