- 1/2 cup cocoa powder

- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
