  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into a pie dish to form the crust.
  3. Bake the crust for 10 minutes and then let it cool.
  4. In another bowl, mix the powdered sugar and peanut butter until smooth. Spread this mixture over the cooled crust.
  5. In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream until it begins to simmer. Remove from heat and add the chocolate chips. Stir until melted and smooth.
  6. Pour the chocolate ganache over the peanut butter layer and spread evenly.
  7. Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For a more intense chocolate flavor, you can add cocoa powder to the crust.
