- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 packet instant yeast
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 1/4 cup honey
- In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
- Warm the milk and melt the butter, then add to the dry ingredients with the eggs.
- Knead the dough until smooth and let it rise for 1 hour.
