- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, melt the butter, then stir in cocoa powder and sugar until combined.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour and salt, then gradually add to the chocolate mixture.
- Fold in chocolate chips and half of the marshmallows.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan, smoothing the top.
- Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top followed by the remaining marshmallows.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
- Let it cool before cutting into squares.
