- 2 eggs
- 2 slices bacon
- 1 slice of cheese
- 2 slices bread
- 1 tablespoon butter
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, crack the eggs and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny.
- Toast the bread in the skillet until golden brown.
- Assemble the sandwich by layering the bacon, egg, and cheese between the slices of bread.
- Spread butter on the outside of the sandwich and grill until golden brown.
