French Egg and Bacon Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 slices bacon
  • 1 slice of cheese
  • 2 slices bread
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, crack the eggs and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny.
  3. Toast the bread in the skillet until golden brown.
  4. Assemble the sandwich by layering the bacon, egg, and cheese between the slices of bread.
  5. Spread butter on the outside of the sandwich and grill until golden brown.

Notes

  • For extra creaminess, add avocado slices.
  • Use your favorite type of cheese for more flavor.
