Fourth of July Cheesecake Pops

Celebrate the Fourth of July with these delicious Cheesecake Pops that are perfect for summer gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 cup strawberries, pureed
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 package lollipop sticks

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Fold in the whipped cream gently until well combined.
  3. Pour half the mixture into molds and freeze for 30 minutes.
  4. Add pureed strawberries on top, then pour remaining cheesecake mixture over.
  5. Insert lollipop sticks and freeze until solid, about 4 hours.
  6. Unmold and dip in melted chocolate, then decorate with blueberries.
