Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
  2. Add the warmed milk, melted butter, and egg. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for a few minutes until smooth.
  4. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes while you prepare the filling.
  5. In a small bowl, combine brown sugar and cinnamon.
  6. Roll out the dough into a rectangle and spread melted butter over it.
