  • 1 cup kasseri cheese, shredded
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the crumbled feta cheese, shredded kasseri cheese, and the egg. Mix well.
  2. In another bowl, combine the flour, breadcrumbs, parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Shape the cheese mixture into small balls, then roll them in the flour mixture until fully coated.
  4. Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
  5. Fry the cheese balls in batches until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  6. Serve warm with tzatziki or your favorite dipping sauce.
