A delicious and simple Cowboy Casserole recipe featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham, perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 8 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground turkey and turkey bacon over medium heat until browned.
  3. Add the chicken ham and mixed vegetables, cooking for another 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
