Easy Cherry Cheesecake Recipe

A simple and delicious cherry cheesecake recipe that you can make at home.

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 can (21 ounces) cherry pie filling

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and vanilla, and beat until well combined.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Pour mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  5. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until set. Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  6. Top with cherry pie filling before serving.

Notes

  • For best results, let the cheesecake chill overnight.
